If you want to become member of CHIEF onlus you need to download the following Admission Form file, fill it out and sent it back to our Secretary at carlo.caranza@chief-onlus.it along with an updated Curriculum Vitae.
The annual membership fee (35 euro) has to be payed only after you receive the formal approval of your admission.
